Service Crew - You know there is a method to our madness. You're on the line, creating the meals that our customers love. You are a good listener and a conversationalist, but also quick.
Service Shift Leads - You are in charge of making sure our customers received everything they asked for and are having a great experience in our restaurant. You are detail oriented, reliable, and never miss a beat. You are likely the last crew member our customers will talk to, so you like to leave an impression!
Food Shift Leaders - Without you, there would be no restaurant. You are passionate about all things food. You never let something leave the kitchen that does not meet your standards. You value flavor, health, and might be just a little bit of a perfectionist :)
Prep Crew - You are a food lover to the core, and darn good at wielding a knife. You value technique, accuracy, and timeliness.
Washer - No dirty dish gets past you! You are the person that keeps our restaurant so fresh and so clean clean. Our dishes are all handmade by a local partner, and we trust you to take care of them.
